  • Once an order is shipped, dispatched, delivered, customised, digitally delivered, or service execution has started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete customer details, or delivery restrictions.
  • If the customer has already paid and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy below.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation approval is subject to payment gateway confirmation and internal verification.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancelled orders, failed transactions, duplicate payments, unavailable products, or approved return cases.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise approved by the company.
  • Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
  • Payment gateway charges, shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or service charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us.
  • No refund will be provided for orders where the product/service has been used, damaged by the customer, tampered with, or returned without approval.
  • For failed payments where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact us with payment proof. Such cases will be verified with the payment gateway.

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, wrong item delivered, or materially different from the order placed.
  • Customers must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery, along with order ID, photos/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, wear and tear, improper handling, washing, installation, or storage are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Customised, personalised, clearance-sale, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, digital, downloadable, or service-based items may not be eligible for return unless defective or legally required.
  • Final approval of return, replacement, or refund is subject to inspection and verification by our team.

8. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, delivery location, courier partner, and operational conditions.
